6th Annual Charity Golf Tournament - Aid Another & Pandas Fight Against Cancer

We are excited to present you with an opportunity to sponsor our 6th Annual Charity Golf Tournament. Aid Another & Pandas Fight Against Cancer are joining forces to raise money for their wonderful nonprofit organizations! Proceeds from this event will go directly to support the mission and programs of Aid Another & Pandas Fight Against Cancer.

Our Golf Tournament will be held at Red Wing Lake Golf Course in Virginia Beach, Virginia on September 30, 2024. This event will feature a round of golf at one of Virginia’s top golf courses, a dinner reception, an award ceremony, as well as several on-course activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for your company to support a worthy cause and receive valuable exposure. We anticipate a sold-out event of over 250 golfers, guests, volunteers, and

sponsors. Your involvement will make this year’s event a special and successful celebration. With your support, we can make a difference in the lives of so many people in our community.

Enclosed is a brief synopsis of who we are, details regarding sponsorship levels, a sponsorship form, and details of the event. We are also seeking sponsors to underwrite the cost of breakfast and the dinner reception as well as welcome donations for raffles, silent auction, items for swag bags, awards, and prizes. Your generous donation may qualify as a charitable deduction for federal income tax purposes.
